Founded by classmates from the Department of Life Sciences, Innors Biotechnology recognizes the various capabilities of the black soldier fly in circular agriculture. The company invests in research and development, establishing automated production lines to create a scientifically managed black soldier fly breeding facility.

Innors Biotechnology offers standardized black soldier fly larvae feed products and services for reducing chicken manure, aiming to lead the black soldier fly industry trend with high-quality products and services.

The black soldier fly, which consumes a wide range of organic materials such as food waste, livestock manure, and food processing waste, not only helps to address organic waste during its feeding process but also serves as an alternative animal feed to fishmeal. Additionally, the frass produced from the black soldier fly’s digestion can be used as organic soil amendment material. For these reasons, the black soldier fly is hailed as the "perfect insect" for promoting circular agriculture.

Research on the black soldier fly began in Taiwan in 2010, leading to a gradual rise in breeding trends. However, as of now, it remains rare to find black soldier fly breeders capable of maintaining stable production capacity and quality.

Founders Qian Bo-Lun and Lin Yu-Feng of Xun Chuang Biotechnology express their frustration when promoting their business or seeking collaborations. Often, clients react with skepticism and distrust upon hearing the term "black soldier fly." This skepticism stems from a lack of understanding about the insect and negative past experiences. Nevertheless, the founders are determined to change market perceptions with their high-quality products.
