Black soldier fly large-scale farming system
Upgrading the black soldier fly industry requires not only the development of mechanical equipment but also a thorough integration of biological knowledge. By accumulating long-term data and continuously refining and optimizing, we can create a reasonable and reliable automated, large-scale system solution
Based on our ongoing advancements in technology research and development and improvements in farming equipment, we aim to increase production capacity and enhance organic waste processing efficiency. To date, we have developed three proprietary farming systems
Fully indoor black soldier fly breeding system
Fully indoor black soldier fly breeding system
To ensure stable organic waste processing and production, Innors achieves self-sufficiency in breeding. Our fully indoor, climate-controlled system overcomes seasonal and climate challenges, allowing adult flies to mate and lay eggs under controlled conditions. We maintain high reproduction, hatching, and larval development rates. In addition to meeting our own needs, we supply clean, impurity-free larvae externally, providing a reliable foundation for industry applications.
Black Soldier Fly Full Life Cycle Management Technology
Black Soldier Fly Full Life Cycle Management Technology
We manage the entire black soldier fly life cycle through our large-scale farming and fully indoor breeding systems. We track every growth stage, from eggs to larvae, pupae, and adults, with 11 checkpoints and over 40 growth and environmental monitoring indicators. By collecting data and using data-driven methods, we apply scientific, data-based management to make informed farming decisions and predict outcomes effectively.
